I had a very limited amount of time to complete an important task. To enable this to happen I needed a surveyor I could depend on. I contacted John Herdegen, explained the job and asked him if he could complete it within my timeframe.

Before giving an answer, John said he would need to do some research to establish if there were any impediments to meeting my timetable. I really appreciated this as all too frequently people take on tasks they later discover cannot be completed as promised. He promptly conducted his research and advised me he could do the job and have it completed on time.

From that point onwards, John and his team swung into action. His preparatory work enabled the physical surveying to go without a hitch. He then liaised with local and State Government bodies, in the process removing potential hurdles and delays wherever possible. John certainly understands the regulatory system and how to meet Government requirements.

I was greatly impressed by the professionalism of John and the Bath Stewart team. Everything was done when they said it would be done. Communication was excellent throughout and the job was completed on time.

I was delighted with the outcome.
